And just like that, it's May! Hopefully you all had a good April. I turned 30, which was fun. Everything is still very much the same, but my knees hurt sometimes. Fortunately the rest of me is still fully functional for now. Lots of writing in April and lots of tinkering and getting ready to release some new music your way soon.

The Green Studio is booked out for a week in July where I'll be doing some bits, and prior to that I'll be in on the 13th of May recording some live sessions which I'm very much looking forward to sharing with you. My good friend Conor has excitingly aquired a real piano to add to his repetoir of instruments at the studio, I can't wait to have a play. More to announce on that soon!

I've been tinkering with my live setup, adding a few new bits - namely a SE Electronics V7 mic and a new (old) Focusrite interface with multiple outputs to give the FOH plenty to play with. It's been a gamechanger and I can't wait to get out there with it soon.

Thanks also to BBC Introducing in Norfolk and Suffolk for spinning Everything's Fine on a couple of occasions. Nice to see it's had some airplay!

Hoping to announce some shows over the summer off the back of the upcoming live sessions, so I'll let you know how that goes! If you know anyone who's looking for an opener then drop me an email!

Anyway, I shall now return to enjoying the hottest day of the year so far, indoors, practicing, with a headache (self inflicted). Looking forward to the 13th.
